Ashley Young, LLMSW

Limited Licensed Therapist

Not everyone walks into therapy excited to be there and that's okay. Ashley has a natural ability to connect with children, teens, and adults, even those who may feel hesitant, skeptical, or unsure about the therapy process. Her energetic, genuine personality helps clients feel comfortable, break down walls, and discover that therapy can actually be a place where they feel understood, supported, and even enjoy showing up.

Ashley is passionate about helping clients of all ages work through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can leave us feeling stuck. She believes every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create a life that feels lighter, more balanced, and more fulfilling. No matter where you're starting, Ashley is committed to meeting you with compassion, authenticity, and encouragement.

Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ashley combines evidence-based care with a creative and engaging approach that is tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether she's helping a child find healthy ways to express big emotions, supporting a teen through life's challenges, or guiding an adult in healing from the past, Ashley focuses on building genuine connections that foster lasting change.

Ashley believes therapy isn't about changing who you are it's about helping you recognize the strength, resilience, and potential that have been within you all along. Together, you'll work toward building a future that feels hopeful, confident, and authentically yours.

I wanted to become a therapist because I believe every person deserves to recognize their own worth and understand that their story matters. I wanted to create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and valued . My passion is helping others realize that happiness is possible, their past does not define them, and they are capable of creating a life filled with hope, growth, and meaning.
