Jessica works with teens and adults, creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves from the very first session. She believes therapy should feel like a conversation, not a judgment, and strives to build genuine connections that allow clients to feel supported while exploring what matters most to them.
Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, Jessica helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools they can use long after therapy ends. Her goal is to help each person recognize their own resilience, embrace personal growth, and leave every session feeling a little more hopeful than when they arrived.
No matter where you are in your journey, Jessica is dedicated to helping you move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with the person you want to become.
What’s your pump-up song before a big moment?
When I need to get energized before a big moment, I gravitate toward upbeat, high-energy music. Artists like Pitbull and the Black Eyed Peas are my go-to because their music instantly boosts my mood and gets me feeling confident, motivated, and ready to take on whatever comes next. Sometimes all it takes is the right song to change the energy of the moment.
What is something you admire about your clients?
What I admire most about my clients is their courage. They often come to therapy during some of the most vulnerable and challenging moments of their lives, yet they choose to show up and do the hard work of healing. Opening up about painful experiences, difficult emotions, and personal struggles takes an incredible amount of strength.
What inspired me to become a therapist?
For me, becoming a therapist was a very natural process. Looking back, it feels like this was always the path I was meant to be on. Before pursuing therapy, I explored several programs in the medical field, but none of them ever felt like the right fit. Throughout those experiences, I realized I was always more interested in understanding people—their stories, their struggles, and what they were going through—than anything else. That curiosity, combined with a genuine desire to help others, ultimately led me to the field of therapy. Every step along the way helped me recognize that my passion wasn’t just treating symptoms—it was connecting with people, supporting them through life’s challenges, and helping them discover their own strengths. Looking back now, I can’t imagine myself doing anything else.
