Her collaborative, person centered approach creates a safe space to explore challenges, celebrate growth, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about reconnecting with the strength that's already within you. Michele would be happy to walk alongside you as you begin that journey.

A song I would never skip

I could never choose just one. Doors, 23, All Them Horses, Mess, False Confidence, Tidal, You’re Gonna Go Far all by the legend Noah Kahan.

What inspired you to become a therapist

The quote, "Be the person you needed when you were younger," is what guided me to becoming a therapist and practice owner. The people who came into my life and reminded me that I could grow beyond my surroundings taught me that all it takes is one person to believe in you, cheer you on, and hold space for your growth and healing.

How many drinks are currently next to my therapy chair and what are they?

Anywhere between 1 and 3 seem to be the perfect number. Energy drink or coffee, water, and an empty coffee or energy drink.
